Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will work closely with our HHA Recruitment team to guide caregivers through the application process, review and process incoming HHA applications, and manage and follow up on pending applications to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide caregivers through the application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Review and process incoming HHA applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manage and follow up on pending applications to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the CDPAP team to facilitate setting up care for members enrolled with True Care Home Care.
  • Process referrals received from all referral sources to ensure potential patients can enroll in home care services in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
  • Diploma from an accredited High School; GED equivalent.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese or Fuzhounese.
  • Experience working with database systems and an innate ability to internalize large amounts of information.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
