Quality Control Inspector Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Lubbock. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Identify and report quality issues and defects, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
