About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team at NPAworldwide in the Dallas/Fort Worth/Grand Prairie area. This role involves working closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  3. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and identify potential solutions.
  4. Create and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with Engineering team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CAD drawings and design.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Compensation:

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year. Bonus structure tied to individual and team performance.
