Job Summary

The Autism Behavioral Institute is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychologist/Licensed Psychological Associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and provide supervision, consultation, and support for our NC Research-Based Behavioral Health Treatment (RB-BHT) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, analyze data, and write detailed evaluation reports
  • Diagnose and provide treatment recommendations for children with ASD
  • Provide post-evaluation feedback to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and oversee client treatment plans
  • Provide training, supervision, and support for BCBAs and other direct therapy staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to agency standards for quality, timeliness, and productivity
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Current NC licensure
  • Strong working knowledge of neuro-developmental disorders, including ASD
  • Prior experience in completing evaluations for children with ASD, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and other neuro-developmental disorders
  • Training in and competence with evidence-based tools, such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, DISCO, CARS, or other known tools
  • Excellent communication and clinical writing skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
