About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate professional customer service and maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Cross-train sales associates in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales duties, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Results-Driven: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage inventory levels, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shifts.
  • Availability: Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with adherence to attendance policy.
