Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business architecture solutions that align with our company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI and automation initiatives to improve business processes and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that drive growth and innovation.
  • Conduct capability assessments and solution analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for business leaders.
  • Align AI and automation initiatives with business goals and strategies, and design solutions to improve various aspects of our Insurance and Annuity business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in business architecture, AI, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, and experience implementing AI solutions in a business context.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align AI initiatives with business goals.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, and experience supporting or leading business process improvement/optimization/re-engineering initiatives or projects.
