Registered Nurse RN- Neuro/Medical- FT Days

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Neuro/Medical team on a full-time basis, working days. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process, coordinating care for assigned patients on a shift to promote the achievement of clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practice and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care and the nursing profession.
- Collaborate with other care team members to recruit and retain an excellent nursing care team, promoting a culture of safety and excellence within our organization.
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
- One year of experience as a professional RN, with new graduate RNs or those with less than one year of experience referred to the RN Residency Program.
- Preferred: National certification in clinical specialty, Bachelor of Nursing Degree, and one year of experience in Long Term Care.
