About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro/Medical unit at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
  • Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote clinical outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based customer service initiatives and demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement through participation in PI processes and unit-based initiatives
Requirements
  • Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
  • Educational Requirements: Associates Degree
  • Minimum Experience: One year of experience as a professional RN
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred Licensure or other certifications: National certification in clinical specialty
  • Preferred Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Nursing Degree
  • Preferred Experience: Long Term Care: One year experience
