We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro/Medical team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a variety of complex patients, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes, and to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality within the organization, and participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- One year of experience as a professional RN, or completion of a RN Residency Program.
- Preferred: National certification in a clinical specialty, and a Bachelor of Nursing Degree.
