Join Our Team as a Human Resources Intern

Campbell Soup Company is a leading food company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

About the Role

This 12-week internship program provides exposure and learning opportunities in Human Resources, with a focus on labor and employee relations, recruitment, and talent development. As an HR Intern, you will assist in the seasonal staffing process, support HR leadership efforts, and contribute to process-improvement projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, recruitment, selection, and pre-employment testing and scheduling of seasonal staff.
  • Support HR leadership efforts in labor and employee relations, including internal communications and HR infrastructure.
  • Contribute to process-improvement projects and day-to-day tasks as assigned.
What You'll Need
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with an emphasis in Human Resources.
  • Passion for learning and willingness to ask questions and work independently.
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
