Job Summary

The Senior Benefits and Leave Implementation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering employee benefit and leave programs. This includes analyzing current benefits offerings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and managing the end-to-end process of leave programs such as FMLA, disability, and parental leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to lead the discovery process and ensure a seamless transition to separate HRIS, payroll, and benefit election platforms.
  • Provide a consultative approach to determine requirements and provide industry best practices to business units, external partners, and shared service teams.
  • Work with partner organizations to complete delivery of carrier files (Businessolver, Workday, and Lincoln).
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accurate file setup work.
  • Complete full data audits, including producing reports, providing summaries, and detail for system reconciliation.
  • Ability to understand why discrepancies are occurring and provide direction on how to resolve them.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in benefits administration and payroll accounting.
  • Experience level: Experienced.
