Job Description:

Please submit candidates with an active CO Certified Surgical Tech (CST) License with DORA. Colorado is one of the few states requiring CSTs to be licensed with the State of Colorado (DORA). We appreciate this and look forward to seeing who you submit.

This 16-week assignment starts mid-September. Housing is available at Valley View Hospital, with brand new studio apartments available literally 1/2 block from the hospital. The apartments include Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry room, and fully furnished. No deposit is required, and they are available to travelers during their assignment.

Valley View Hospital is a Level III trauma center with 4 state-of-the-art surgical suites. We offer Robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), General, Eyes, Ortho, Brain/Spine, OB-GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, ENT, and Trauma.

The schedule will be working 4-10''s with rotating call schedule. Candidates must have experience with Ortho, total joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics. A graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program is required, along with a Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Association of Surgical Technologist (AST) or NCCT.

A Colorado Surgical Tech License - CST (DORA) is required in Colorado. Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association is also required. Agency's please submit for each submission. Thank you.
