Wildlife Management Specialist

Critter Control is a leading provider of integrated pest management services for residential and commercial properties across the nation. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Pest Control Technician to join our team.
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing recurring route-based integrated pest management services, including working in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces. You will also install and service bait stations, operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment, and identify and communicate any safety-related obstacles.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and driven, and enjoy working outdoors. They should also be able to work independently and manage route-based assignments.
We offer a competitive salary of $20/hour, company vehicle (gas and maintenance covered), tablet, cell phone, and uniforms. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan, paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required with good driving record
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
- No experience required; customer service, general labor, or construction experience a plus
Work Environment:
We go where the wildlife goes As a Pest Control Technician, you will be physically capable of safely performing job duties, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., accessing crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
