Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at CarePartners Health Services. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing staff in delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.
  • Assist the nursing staff in implementing nursing care plans and provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses.
  • Obtain and record initial and ongoing patient information, including vital signs, height, weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, intake and output, calorie counts, and other patient data as outlined by policy.
  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living, including eating and drinking, bathing, shaving, oral care, grooming, and elimination.
  • Serve as a Monitor/Telemetry Tech for the unit as needed and engage in evidence-based best practices that enhance the patient experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Preferred)
  • CNA Training Program (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience at an HCA facility (Required)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
