Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and medication management
  • Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and favorite hobbies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills
  • A valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance preferred
