Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of up to $16.50/hr., depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive training program, we provide paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement. Full-time employees also enjoy essential health coverage, referral bonuses, pick-up bonuses, an incentive program, and paid time off.


Job Description

We are seeking compassionate caregivers who can provide emotional support, foster meaningful connections, and enhance the quality of life for our senior clients. As a caregiver with Freedom Caregivers, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work 1:1 with clients, reducing stress and anxiety, encouraging independence, and postponing institutionalization. You will also be responsible for helping clients maintain their normal routines, providing safe transport, and giving peace of mind and family support.


Requirements

To be a successful caregiver with Freedom Caregivers, you must be able to reliably show up to client homes for scheduled shifts. A valid Ohio Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance are also required. Additionally, you must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test, and have the ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs.
