Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at CCS. As a Behavioral Health Care Provider, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups. This includes assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups
  • Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including individual, family, and group counseling
  • Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as needed
  • Maintain accurate and current notes in electronic medical records
  • Participate in military-specific training and activities
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Minimum of two (2) years CURRENT experience in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting
  • Experience working in a government setting, such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF, is preferable
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior military and/or SOF experience
  • Experience working in a Government setting such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF
  • Prior experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment
