Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Actively listen and respond to members'/guests' questions, concerns, and requests to resolve issues in a personalized manner, building trust and creating a loyal following.
  • Service Standards: Welcome guests professionally and demonstrate warm, confident, and genuine first impressions as per TCC service standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist members and their guests on-site with complaints, complications, or problems in a helpful manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Engagement: Engage members in conversation regarding their stay, club services, and area attractions/offerings.
  • Meetings and Events: Meet members' needs in the clubhouse, pitlane, and restaurant.
  • Special Requests: Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, purchases) by planning or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold luxury hospitality standards and superb guest service.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate, assist, and communicate effectively with other team members to provide prompt service to the guest.
  • Technical Skills: Have strong knowledge of club software operating systems.
  • Accounting and Finance: Verify and adjust billing daily before the guest leaves the club.
  • Retail Support: Have the ability to aid retail space when needed.
  • Multi-Tasking: Must have the ability to shift into serving or bartending role.
  • Software Operations: Input and update member information into software operating systems.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Display strong knowledge of food and beverage menus.
  • Dining Experience: Have the ability to ask key questions to better guide each member's dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Accurately input food and beverage orders in point of sale system and ensure items are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Clubhouse Operations: Perform opening/closing clubhouse duties according to The Concours Club standards procedures.
  • Reporting: Report anything out of the ordinary to supervisor(s).
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Light cleaning resetting locker rooms and laundry will be required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a service role in the hospitality industry.
  • Upscale Setting: At least 1 year of experience in an upscale or luxury setting.
  • Restaurant or Bartending Experience: Restaurant service or bartending experience preferred.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual speakers preferred.
  • Automotive Passion: Passion for automobiles/motorsports.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to multitask and time management.
  • Communication: Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
  • Professional Communication: Ability to verbally communicate in a professional and effective manner.
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in hospitality of relevant field is a plus.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient with technological systems.
Work Environment

This job is usually performed indoors and outdoors, in a controlled environment, and experiences a high level of noise in the work environment. This job has intermittent levels of high stress.

Physical Demands

The candidate must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach, and carry 25+ pounds.

Position Type

This is a part-time position that may have the potential to become a full-time role at the discretion of management. The Luxury Experience Coordinator is expected to work an alternating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
