In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of life science properties within an assigned portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue growth
  • Manage and maintain relationships with tenants and vendors
  • Oversee capital expenditure projects and budget planning
  • Lead a team of property managers to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in property management
  • Prior experience in commercial office and/or life science property management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
