About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at RMA Renal Treatment Centers - Mid Atlantic, Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct routine checks, record vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Assist with patient education on dialysis-related topics and promote a positive patient experience
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
