Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team at AtWork Group in Asheville, NC. Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year.
About the Job:
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assembling a variety of plastic parts in a clean room environment, maintaining detailed records for product traceability, and visually inspecting parts throughout the shift for early detection of issues.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Dexterity for small part assembly.
- Good eyesight for small parts (corrective lenses are acceptable).
- Able to read and follow detailed instructions.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a clean room production environment. The Manufacturing Technician will work closely with other team members to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.
