Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Three Point Solution. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform light maintenance tasks, including snow removal and cleaning
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, including fleet and trailer storage
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving for promotional product shows
  • Respond to department requests, such as pulling products and setting up events
  • Deliver mail and packages
  • Conduct regular fire and life safety equipment checks
  • Perform biannual maintenance of water closets and urinals
  • Lead service contractors as directed
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with all safety rules and maintain a high level of energy and ethics

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred
  • Previous office experience required, preferably in an administrative or customer support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on feet for extended periods
  • Valid Minnesota driver's license and ability to obtain forklift and reach truck certification
  • Experience with power sports equipment and trailers is a plus
