Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Center Coordinator to join our team in Medina, OH. As a Service Center Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sales and growth, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and growth initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Prepare and review orders and quotations
  • Respond to general correspondence and maintain accurate records
  • Supply information to sales representatives
  • Coordinate with other departments for purchasing and inventory management
  • Responsible for labeling and transactions of products for shipment
  • Prepare and issue materials to production
  • Maintain and control inventory at the facility
  • Project manage materials for field service installs
  • Coordinate field service scheduling and personnel
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Technical training or school preferred
  • Epicor experience a plus
