About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Group Sales team as a Seasonal Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will assist with day-to-day initiatives and game night responsibilities, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in group sales processes, data capture, research projects, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with group sales initiatives and organize processes as requested
  • Compile various inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Research and organize market trends for group prospecting opportunities
  • Assist group sales department and other sales departments with projects as they arise
  • Assist with game night responsibilities for fan experience activation, revenue-generating initiatives, or retention events
  • Assist with Jr. Hawks uniform orders and vendor submissions
  • Assist with Jr. Hawks initiatives and organize processes as requested
Requirements
  • Post-graduate degree (recent college graduates within 24 months of graduation)
  • Academic and/or work experience related to sports management, marketing, or business management/administration
  • General knowledge and experience of uniform and/or retail processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Archtics, and CRM preferred
  • Previous experience in ideating on objectives, goals, and opportunities related to sales
  • Must be organized, creative, enthusiastic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed, and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong team synergy skills and ability to work collaboratively with others whom you have no direct authority over
  • Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
  • Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and be on-call as necessary based on the changing priorities of the department

  • Relocation and housing expenses are the responsibility of the Assistant
  • Reliable transportation is also needed
