Job Summary

Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive store environment, and executing operational activities to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Provide proactive and confident assistance to customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Brand Execution: Ensure store visual standards are met, execute replenishment and recovery processes, and maintain product knowledge and presentation.
  • Drive Growth: Minimize store loss, maintain housekeeping standards, and meet or exceed productivity standards for operational processes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated customer engagement skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, with retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees, and adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
