Clinical Support Specialist

The Clinical Support Specialist role at MediTelecare is designed to provide both onsite clinical facilitation and remote administrative duties. This position requires a unique blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities to support clinicians and patients in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with education related to their behavioral health visits
- Provide technical support for telehealth visits, including room and equipment preparation
- Support clinicians by accessing patient data and preparing charts
- Act as a liaison between clinicians and facility staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; 1+ year in a healthcare setting preferred
- Medical Assistant or CNA certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and online healthcare tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Work Environment:
- Dedicated home office space with a closing door and reliable internet connection
- Ability to travel up to 1 hour to cover clinics when needed
