Job Title: Clinical Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Valley Regional Healthcare. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in evaluating, assessing, and planning clinical nutrition care for patients using current nutritional therapies instituted through the Nutrition Care Process (NCP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
  • Provide nutritional information to staff and physicians as indicated.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutritional research and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian (RD) with registration from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Licensed Dietitian (LD) with licensure from the State of New Hampshire.
  • Five years of experience in clinical nutrition in acute care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
