About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Arlington, TX. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and opportunities for career growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver physical therapy services to patients in their homes, following established plans of care.
  • Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, and other therapeutic activities.
  • Observe, record, and report patient progress to the supervising PT and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
Requirements
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Texas.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
