- Participate in unit-based and hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
