Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting our management team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service by acknowledging all customers, asking if they need assistance, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, safe, and in order, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
- Inventory Management: Assist in controlling inventory levels, reporting low stock to management, and helping to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Display Preparation: Prepare store displays, ensure products are accurately labeled, and maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
- Communication: Keep lines of communication open with management, providing regular updates on sales, customer feedback, and any issues that may arise.
- Availability: Part-time, permanent availability (seasonal employment not available at this time). Must be able to work 2 days during the week and at least one weekend day (15 hours minimum).
- Experience: Grocery and/or retail experience preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, highly motivated individual, team player, ability to multitask, focus, and efficiency.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Medical and Dental Coverage: Available to full-time employees.
- 401(K) Plan: Available to full-time employees.
- Paid Time Off: Available to full-time employees.
- Sick Time: Available to part-time employees.
- Employee Discount: 10% discount on Thursdays (restrictions apply).
