Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School-Based/Child and Family Clinician to join our team at Solvista Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide essential psychosocial and mental health care services to children and families in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide risk assessment and intervention services.
  • Coordinate with emergency services and other key providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Continuously assess clients' behavioral health status and provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Lead liaison between clients, psychiatrists, and other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide group and individual therapy services, tailored to client and clinic needs.
  • Offer resources and support to promote clients' progress and achievement of treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other service providers to coordinate care.
  • Employ a care management approach to address psychosocial and behavioral health needs.
  • Work as part of a generalist team of clinicians to provide comprehensive services.
  • Document all patient contacts and clinical information in our electronic health record system.
  • Serve as an information resource to the clinical team and participate in job-related training sessions.
  • Attend required staff meetings and maintain regular attendance.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Colorado license required (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Three years of clinical experience as a licensed mental health professional, or equivalent combination of training, education, and licensure.
Working Conditions

This role operates in a fast-paced, professional office environment and requires the use of standard office equipment. The position may involve travel to conferences, meetings, and branch locations. Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dust, and loud noises. In the health center environment, there is potential for contact with blood-borne pathogens and communicable diseases.

This is a largely sedentary role, but may involve standing or sitting for extended periods, bending, and using hands and fingers to handle papers or operate equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee may also have to lift 10 to 25 lbs. unassisted.
