Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School Based/Child and Family Clinician to join our team at Solvista Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide essential psychosocial and mental health care services to children and families in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide risk assessment and intervention services.
  • Coordinate with emergency services as needed and continually assess client behavioral health status.
  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies to improve client functioning and adherence.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, psychiatrists, and other key providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide group and individual therapy services, as well as family therapy, to meet client needs.
  • Offer resources and support to encourage client progress in achieving treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other service providers to coordinate care and provide a comprehensive care management approach.
  • Document all patient contacts and clinical information in our electronic health record system.
  • Participate in job-related training sessions and seminars to stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Attend required staff meetings and maintain regular attendance.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Colorado license required (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Three years of clinical experience as a licensed mental health professional, or equivalent combination of training, education, and licensure.
Working Conditions

This role operates in a fast-paced, professional office environment and requires the use of standard office equipment. The position may involve travel to conferences, meetings, and branch locations. Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. In the health center environment, there is potential for contact with blood-borne pathogens and communicable diseases, as well as potential for contact with dissatisfied or abusive individuals.

This is a largely sedentary role but can involve standing or sitting for extended periods, bending at the waist, and using hands and fingers to handle and file papers or operate assigned equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee may also have to lift 10 to 25 lbs. unassisted.
