Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child and Family Clinician to join our team at Solvista Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide psychosocial and mental health care to clients and families in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide risk assessment and intervention as part of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Refer to and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
  • Continuously assess client behavioral health status.
  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies to improve client functioning and adherence.
  • Act as the lead liaison between client, psychiatrist, and other key providers.
  • Provide group and individual therapy services to clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other service providers to coordinate care.
  • Provide a care management approach around psychosocial/behavioral health needs.
  • Work as part of a generalist team of clinicians.
  • Document all patient contacts and clinical information in the electronic health record.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Colorado license required (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Three years of clinical experience as a licensed mental health professional.
Working Conditions

This role operates in a fast-paced, professional office environment and requires the use of standard office equipment. The position may involve travel to conferences, meetings, and branch locations. Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role but can involve standing or sitting for extended periods, bending at the waist, and using hands and fingers to handle and file papers or operate equipment.
