Job Summary

The Customer Experience Coordinator role at Hendrick Automotive Group is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This part-time position requires a friendly and receptive individual who can provide administrative support to the sales department.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to perform various tasks, including phone answering, data entry, and report production. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through accurate message taking and timely follow-up
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the sales department by performing data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Produce daily reports on customer traffic and sales metrics
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager and Greeters to ensure seamless communication and coordination
