We are in search of enthusiastic and skilled Full-Time Coffee Artisans to enhance our bakery café.

Shifts:
- Shifts typically range from early morning to early evening, seven days a week.
- Morning shifts: 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Afternoon shifts: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- 6-8 hour shifts, five days a week including weekends
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- Become knowledgeable about Fresh Baguette's menu offerings
- Prepare beverages and food items according to established recipes
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Serve baked goods and beverages with care
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and the store remains tidy
- Prepare the store for the following day
- Manage cash register operations
Qualifications:
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Short commute preferred
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred
