Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our smart home solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain smart home systems, including TV and internet services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions
  • Ensure that all installations and maintenance work is completed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and products, and provide training and support to customers as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet
