We are seeking a highly skilled Cultural Resources Coordinator to join our team at 347 Group, Inc. in the Northern California area. This full-time opportunity comes with a competitive salary of $95,000 per year and requires fieldwork.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting archival research, preparing historic context, and creating architectural history components of NHPA and CEQA technical reports. Additionally, they will document architectural resources on California DPR 523 records and History American Building Survey (HABS) / Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) / Historic American Landscape Survey (HALS). The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, knowledge of GIS, and previous field experience.

Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Historic Preservation, Public History, Architecture, Architectural History, or closely related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
