Job Summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and promoting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to execute manual duties and contribute to delivering results in a safe and efficient warehouse operation.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of products, manage material organization, and coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products within assigned areas.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures for handling and receiving goods, proper labelling, tagging, and packing of goods and materials, and assemble customer orders from stock.
  • Open bales, crates, and other containers, assist in receiving cargo, and sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED; One year experience in a warehouse or distribution environment; One to two years industry-related experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification may be required.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds, climb ladders, and have good or corrected vision.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds, read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, or other related documents, and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
