About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary psychiatry team in Vermont. As a key member of our team, you will deliver direct services to adult clients and provide consultations to agency staff and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct services to adult clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
  • Provide consultations to agency staff and community partners on mental health-related topics
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in mental health care
Requirements
  • Completed collaborative provider agreement requirements for solo practice in Vermont
  • Experience working in a community mental health setting, preferably with adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Commitment to client-centered care and a team-driven approach
