Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Accounting Specialist to join our team at National Vision. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling the processing and handling of invoices, credit memos, and monitoring vendor statements for Field Services.
This role will also involve procuring equipment for special projects and new store openings, processing payments for equipment sold, and assisting the Inventory Control Manager with daily functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Procure equipment for special projects and new store openings
- Process invoices and credits from vendors; submit for payment to Accounts Payable
- Process returned equipment credits from stores
- Monitor the RBNI report and resolve open issues
- Process payments for equipment sold
- Assist Inventory Control Manager with daily functions as needed
- Track repair cost of Doctor's equipment
- Assist in cycle counts
- Assist with physical inventory as scheduled
- Maintain documentation on processes
- Perform financial system testing as scheduled
- Assist in monitoring project costs versus budget
- 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of college or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Word, and Power Point
- Accounting systems experience
