Job Summary:

Proclinical Staffing is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to lead our team in managing outsourcing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with operational teams, support groups, and service providers for the selection, contracting, and execution of outsourced studies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, and outsourcing and procurement policies.
  • Drive project success to meet short-term objectives and adhere to project schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS Degree in Legal, Life Science, Business Administration, or equivalent. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in clinical development within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
  • Proven ability to engage with a wide range of suppliers, including initiating, negotiating, and executing legal and financial agreements in the clinical trials environment.
