We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Service Technician to join our team at Paradise Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.
  • Handle resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of property maintenance.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • At least three (3) years' experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • Must have a valid HVAC license and Universal certification.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed and work a flexible schedule.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and basic tools.
