Primary Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional smile.
  • Schedule appointments with precision and communicate effectively with patients.
  • Verify and collect insurance information to ensure accurate billing processing.
  • Enter patient demographic and insurance data into our system accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with medical coding and billing tasks as needed.
  • Respond to phone calls and inquiries or redirect as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding processes is essential.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are critical for success.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy is expected.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $52,000 - $62,000 per year based on experience.
