Job Description

Crestwood Technology Group is a leading provider of technology-enabled supply chain solutions, serving over 80 OEM partners and a growing list of military customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Services Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Administrative Services Manager will be responsible for providing executive-level support to our sales team, managing office supplies, and maintaining facilities. This role will also involve coordinating special projects and events, such as company parties and employee outings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level support to the sales team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Maintain facilities, including the break room and kitchen, to ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
  • Coordinate special projects and events, such as company parties and employee outings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative services role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Salary

$70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
