Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Client Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily service to clients, including managing phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Build relationships with insureds, review and invoice policies, and request changes.
  • Prepare submissions and marketing business, and refer leads to appropriate personnel.
  • Review policy coverage and endorsements, and handle account service issues in accordance with E&O standards.
  • Process invoices and credits, track direct bill transactions, and maintain an accurate expiration list.
  • Develop Producer and Service Leader confidence in job knowledge, judgment calls, and awareness of current industry trends and developments.
Renewal Marketing

Remarket current client policies and prepare formal renewal presentations. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing renewal timeline and renewal process.
  • Generating summaries and proposals of coverage and reviews with Producer.
  • Working with clients for the purpose of gathering marketing data.
  • Seeking opportunities for potential upselling of accounts, including completing exposure analysis.
  • Negotiating client renewals with carriers based on competitive information.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and comparing quotes vs. current coverage.
Teamwork

Work together with team and with other departments, including conferencing with Producer to discuss execution of strategies. Assist in training of new service team members, volunteer to back up and/or assist others as needed, and manage PTO to work with departmental needs.

Requirements

At least three or more years related insurance experience and/or training, preferably handling personal line accounts. Must hold an applicable state insurance license or have the ability to obtain such within 90 days of employment.
