Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at John Grana - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their insurance needs. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive agency growth through proactive marketing of relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong customer connections, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups
  • Deliver personalized service, addressing inquiries regarding policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications
  • Promote successful client relationships through expert consultation and tailored solutions

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Strong interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
