Crisis Intervention Clinician

Astor Services for Children & Families is seeking a skilled Crisis Intervention Clinician to join our Home Based Crisis Intervention team in the Westchester region. As a Crisis Intervention Clinician, you will provide assessment and treatment services to clients in crisis, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct individual and family therapy sessions, and consult with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment and treatment services to clients in crisis
  • Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Individual and family therapy sessions
  • Consultation with community partners

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC-LP, MSW, or unlicensed master's level professional degree. A valid driver's license that meets agency standards is also required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $64,000. Full-time employees are eligible for 4 weeks paid vacation annually, 13 paid holidays, 4 personal days, and 1 sick day per month. We also offer fully paid individual LTD and life insurance, as well as eligibility for participation in our medical and dental plan.
