Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the comprehensive management and execution of engineering projects.

Develop and organize work timelines upon project approval.

Facilitate and supervise the activities of vendors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.

Verify that documentation from vendors and subcontractors is complete, including Technical and Material Submissions.

Track project advancement and furnish management and clients with consistent progress updates.

Conduct routine site inspections and manage schedules to guarantee seamless progress and timely project completion.

Identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.


Draft testing protocols, schedules, and reports for both Factory and Site evaluations, and coordinate invitations for client participation in all witness testing.


Collaborate with consultants or clients for Integrated Services Testing (IST) and prepare all vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for the evaluation.

Engage with the CAD team to pinpoint any discrepancies in construction plans and ensure precision in as-built documentation.

Coordinate with the Project Administration team to compile Operation and Maintenance Manuals (OMM) and handover certificates for designated projects.

Generate system documentation for each discipline.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Entry-level candidates with relevant educational backgrounds are welcome, as training will be provided.

3-4 years of experience in the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) sector is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is highly advantageous.

Maintain a strong awareness of safety protocols at all times.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards is preferred.

Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet stringent deadlines.

Willingness to work extended hours and respond promptly to client inquiries.

A collaborative team player who effectively engages with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
