About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
