We are seeking an experienced Advanced Provider to join our team at Ennoble Care. As a Primary Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Northwest Atlanta region.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient health through physical examinations and medical histories
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Communicate with office staff and clinical operations
- Provide patient-centered care to a panel of patients
- Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications as necessary
- Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification
- Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and treat patients
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
- A flexible schedule to accommodate your needs
- Autonomy to provide high-quality care
- Support from our in-house clinical team
